The project recently completed a successful Zoning By-Law Amendment process and continues to target construction in 2024.

647 Barton Site Temporary Home for Hamilton's Tiny Shelters
With major design developments still in progress, Bill Curran has kindly lent his property of the future 647 Barton Street East apartments to the Hamilton Alliance for Tiny Shelters (HATS).
Using the parking lot site of the infill project, the HATS initiative hopes to provide much-needed temporary housing by this winter season.
CGS is also donating design services to the project.
