CTV News provides coverage on CGS’s Reimagine Southdale affordable housing project in London, Ontario.
The project recently completed a successful Zoning By-Law Amendment process and continues to target construction in 2024.

647 Barton Site Temporary Home for Hamilton's Tiny Shelters
With major design developments still in progress, Bill Curran has kindly lent his property of the future 647 Barton Street East apartments to the Hamilton Alliance for Tiny Shelters (HATS).
Using the parking lot site of the infill project, the HATS initiative hopes to provide much-needed temporary housing by this winter season.
CGS is also donating design services to the project.

CGS’s latest development project at 647 Barton Street East was featured in the Bay Observer and The Hamilton Spectator. If approved, it will be the first development of its kind on the street in over a century.
