Architect Rafael + Bigauskas (Bill Curran, Project Design Architect)

Design for a significant, 650 unit, 13 storey condo building on Toronto harbour. The site fronts on the Alexandra Yacht Club basin, and is flanked by public parks on both sides, and has a public waterfront promenade.

The building was designed in an H-shape and carefully sculpted to break down the massing. A two storey lobby extends through the building from street to the water’s edge.
