Combining classrooms, a commercial kitchen, and a cafeteria, this 2,100 sq. ft. renovation was created to accommodate the school’s new Hospitality and Tourism Specialized High Skills Major program. Four existing rooms were combined to create multiple spaces catered to the needs of the new program, including a smaller-scale, focused instructional classroom, a commercial-scale kitchen complete with extensive walk-in freezers and storage, a servery for preparing food, and a cafeteria space for students.
