Mercasa Little Italy Eatery includes a full commercial kitchen to support a catering, take-out, and restaurant operation. With an open kitchen design, the location of equipment and services was carefully considered with a large pizza oven prominently featured. A separate dining and event room features dramatic lighting and a wall of reclaimed wood. The industrial aesthetic of polished concrete floors, red corrugated metal and exposed structure contrasts more refined finishes such as wood and tile, reflecting the eatery’s modern Italian food concept.
