A new Masterplan development on the site of the existing Hamilton Wentworth District School Board buildings. This project brings together a critical mass of education and health care related services in downtown Hamilton, additionally providing much needed hotel space in the city’s core with 2 new hotels. Located across the street from Hamilton City Hall, the Masterplan provides a new and expanded home for the Hamilton Wentworth District School Board (125,000 sq ft). A spacious glass atrium serves both Hamilton Public Health (60,000 sq ft) and the McMaster Family Health Centre (100,000 sq ft), while a generous courtyard garden benefits employees, visitors and the public alike.
