The conversion of a historic commercial building in downtown Hamilton into a residential loft for artist Adam Colangelo. Traces of the building's commercial past have been incorporated, such as a dumb waiter and a transom with the words 'Men's Dept.' printed on it. Exposed brick walls and wood joists add to the loft's atmosphere.
