Client Bermingham Foundation Solutions

The new Bermingham Office building delivers a high-quality workplace with a strong, attractive public image that is simple, cost effective and energy efficient.  Our design concept is a U-shape building wrapping around a garden courtyard that also serves as the main entrance.  This allows us to focus the building and prime views and glazing onto the quiet, lush green space.  The building form is composed of three similar pavilions with sloping roofs, clad in metal siding, inspired by nearby industrial buildings.  Together, the pavilions cluster as a dynamic sculptural grouping to create a strong identity for Bermingham.
