A new 7 storey medical centre east of Brampton's downtown. Designed as an urban building that is expected to set a precedent for future development in the area with provision for a future street along the site's western edge. The building is intended to house a variety of medical-related professional offices with opportunities for commercial tenants on the ground floor and surgical suites on the second floor. The mass of the building has been broken down into a 2 storey street-related podium with a 5 storey tower above.
